Conquer the Bridge

For the Bib pickup service event, there was 1 shift on Saturday, August 30th, and the 2nd shift was on Sunday, August 31st. The volunteer members were assigned to hand out and sign in the runners who were going to participate in the Conquer the Bridge marathon on Labor Day. There were a total of 8 members per shift and this volunteer service event provided an opportunity to socialize with many people. It was a good experience seeing all different types of age groups participate in the marathon. The person in charge of the event, Derrick, was also very nice and it was very fun to work with him.
